Company Profile

Fidelis Engineering, Inc. is a provider of engineering and information technology solutions designed to improve business operations and the end user experience. The company was established in 2015 by three Electrical Engineers graduated from the University of Puerto Rico, Mayaguez Campus, and quickly obtained contracts with the Department of Navy in support of naval aviation aircraft acquisition, and research in decision aids for ordnance handling.

Fidelis specializes in the application of intelligent system concepts and decision support tools for a wide variety of applications including task automation, unmanned systems, industrial controls, modeling and simulation, supervisory control and data acquisition systems, as well as automated plan and test generation.

Fidelis personnel have expertise in tailoring solutions for customers in both the commercial and public sectors, including renewable energy facility planning and permitting, military mission planning and logistics, pharmaceutical operations, telecommunications and SCADA systems.

Our Primary Target

Fidelis primary target market is federal government entities located outside Puerto Rico, with emphasis on defense, law enforcement, and energy related agencies. Specifically, Fidelis primary customer targets would be the Department of Defense (DOD), Department of Homeland Security (DHS), and Department of Energy (DOE). Fidelis will focus on providing services and products on the following activities:

Obtain grants and private funding for the exploration of new concepts and technologies in the areas of automated decision support methods, machine learning, process automation, and tools in support of military operations planning. Fidelis will also focus on small business research grants in energy generation facility management and permitting.

Research and Development

Design and implementation for information systems for federal agencies covering all aspects of Command, Control, Communications, Computers, and Intelligence (C4I). Also information technology support for private sector customers in the areas of energy generation facilities management and renewable energy information exchanges.

Development of Computer Programs

Provide engineering technical support in the analysis, studies, and definition of system requirements for federal government information systems, equipment, and facilities. Examples of these services are the definition of system requirements for communications equipment aboard new military aircraft, and acquisition technical support for new federal procurements.
